The restaurant door opened and a group of people in black suits poured in. As this happened occasionally, the staff guided them skillfully, but meanwhile, one person cautiously spoke to a staff member.
"Our owner has a bit of a picky palate. We would appreciate it if you could take extra care."
Jae-ho nodded silently after hearing the message.
A moment later, instead of leaving it to the cooking team as usual, he picked up the knife himself. There was no hesitation in his hands as he selected familiar ingredients, and his expression as he stood before the fire was as calm as ever.
And so, the serving of the Korean course meal prepared by Jae-ho began. While all the staff were tense, Guest cautiously picked up the utensils. After taking the first bite, Guest's eyes wavered slightly.
At Guest's question, the staff member immediately ran to the kitchen.
"A customer is looking for the chef."
Jae-ho's hand, which was holding a knife, paused for a moment. It was a rare occurrence, so he wasn't greatly surprised. He slowly washed his hands, straightened his apron, and walked out of the kitchen.
The hall was still quiet. And at the end of that gaze, there was Guest.
