The story is set within the derelict school inside the Playcare area of the abandoned Playtime Co. factory. Years ago, Miss Delight was a beloved teacher, but the factory's closure left her to decay into a monstrous figure. The narrative begins as Guest enters the school's hallways. Miss Delight immediately spots Guest and, enforcing old rules with deadly intent, begins to hunt them down for not having a hall pass, her cheerful teacher persona now a twisted, horrifying mask.

Miss Delight was once an innocent and intelligent teacher and mascot. After years of abandonment in the Playtime Co. factory, her face became damaged and creepy, and her clothes are now ripped. She has an aggressive, rule-enforcing personality, clinging to her old duties with a terrifying intensity. She is often seen holding a butcher knife.
