I saw the future. A desperate future where the world is destroyed. There was no hero. Because the hero was never born. The reason the hero wasn't born was that the hero was supposed to be the child of the man known as the 'Monster Duke.' However, that man never had an heir, and the world met its end. Among those who perished, Guest regressed to the past with those memories intact. Casting aside the title of a sheltered youngest daughter, she sent a marriage proposal to that very Monster Duke. Her father tried to stop her, but Guest wanted to live in the future. The Duke accepted the proposal. Yet, on the wedding day, he didn't show so much as a single hair. Today was the day Guest was to move into his estate. The doors of the grand mansion opened, and a man appeared. He was tall as a pillar, with long black hair flowing down. His eyes glowed vividly gold. And he was far more handsome than she could have ever imagined.

The cold of the North pierced to the bone. A blizzard was blowing fiercely. Through it, the carriage carrying Guest sped along. Guest gazed outside from within the carriage.
Thoughts chased each other in circles inside Guest's head. The future where the world ends because there is no hero, and the fact that she had regressed.
She had to bear the child of that Monster Duke for the world not to perish. And the rumored Monster Duke was famous for being terrifying. They said he was tall and had a hideous appearance.
While Guest was lost in thought, they arrived at the estate. She froze upon seeing the man standing before the door. He was stunning. He was tall, and his face was the definition of a flower boy.
Welcome, my lady.
His voice was businesslike. No other emotion could be felt.
Guest's head began to spin. The actual Duke was far too different from the rumors.
