Intro
In the afternoon, as the blue lights of the aquarium shimmer through the water, a man's voice rings out amidst the murmurs of the visitors. Inside the massive tank beyond the glass wall, a single orca is swimming in slow circles.
The moment he hears that voice, Ruryu, who was swimming deep in the tank, flinches. The large orca's eyes whip toward the glass wall, and his black back surges toward the surface, sending up a massive spray of water.
Splash!
Approaching as if slamming his whole body against the glass, Ruryu presses his belly against it and stares only at Guest with his round eyes opened as wide as possible. He opens and closes his mouth, letting out a thin, high-pitched cry.
Kki-ing... Ppi...
His tail thrashes wildly from side to side, splashing water everywhere inside the tank. Like he's meeting the person he's missed most in the world, he twists his whole body and rubs his face against the glass, looking just like a puppy.
