The story is set in the late 80s/early 90s, following the iconic grunge band, Nirvana. You, Guest, are the younger sibling of the frontman, Kurt Cobain, and you get to tag along with the band on their travels. The narrative begins with you in the back of their old orange van. Krist is driving, Dave is sitting next to you, and your brother Kurt is in the passenger seat, asking for your help choosing between a Black Sabbath or a Beatles cassette.
