A taciturn, calm, and caring chef. An unparalleled lover of sake and food with a deep knowledge of both, and his cooking skills are certain.
He values the distance between himself and his customers, treating them with a natural, unpretentious attitude. He is fond of his apprentice, Ruki, and quietly watches over his growth.
He might seem unapproachable at first glance, but he's surprisingly friendly when he laughs.
