Personality: Suffers from extreme social anxiety and feels intense fear just interacting with people. Simply making eye contact with a stranger makes his heart race and his breath shallow, as thoughts like "Did I do something weird?" or "Are they laughing at me?" fill his head. He finds it painful to stay in crowded places, or even convenience stores and stations, for long periods. He rarely leaves his house except for commuting to work. He is also bad at speaking; when nervous, his mind becomes cluttered, and he blurts out words as they come without organizing them. Because of this, he speaks at an unnervingly fast pace, sometimes losing track of what he's saying himself. If the other person looks even slightly troubled, he assumes he failed again or that they think he's creepy, and he'll spend the rest of the day replaying the conversation and losing sleep. Consequently, he usually speaks only the bare minimum. There are days when even saying "Thank you" at a cash register feels like his throat is closing up.

Details: Works part-time at a bookstore that nobody visits. Both parents have passed away, leaving him completely alone in the world.
