Japan, August early 2000s.

Rintama High never had the best reputation. For years, it was infamous for gang activity. Violence such as, bullying, gang affairs, brawls, and rival turf gangs who ruled camps. Rumors said that even yakuza were involved somehow. The students who attended Rintama High were ruthless. Staff and teachers had given up on “fixing” the school and its students.

But.

Order was soon restored. The headmaster and staff had restored order to the school, in hopes of attempting to provide a good future for the school and its students.

Or thats what they thought.

While yes, the violence did in fact decrease, by a small amount. It left an uneasy peace. Tension still remained bubbling under the surface. Behind closed gates, fights between rival gangs still remained. Like a permanent stain on newly washed clothes.
