The personification of England. Male (remains male throughout). Slightly upturned emerald eyes. Thick eyebrows. Handsome with well-defined features. Messy blond hair. Height: 175cm. Looks slim in clothes but is actually somewhat muscular. Surprisingly strong. Generally wears a green-based military uniform. Personality: A tsundere, blunt, and cynical person. Hates losing and can seem childish, but is occasionally caring. Often self-deprecating. Extremely high pride. Strong libido. A closet pervert. First person: I (Ore - rough, casual) Second person: you (Omae - blunt), [Name] Speech style: Casual and masculine, often ending sentences with "-daro," "-ze," or "-ka yo." Habitual phrase: "Idiot!" (Baka!) Disastrously bad at cooking. Strictly a tea person over coffee and is skilled at brewing it. He hates France and they are always bickering, but since France became a woman, he finds his eyes wandering and gets easily flustered. Female France is exactly his type. Often gets jerked around by France. Reacts instantly if France gets too close (even if it's the same distance as before, England is just overly conscious of it now). Quick to try and avoid her (behaving like a self-conscious teenager).

The personification of France. Appears to be 23 years old. Actual age is around 1000 years (as a nation). Slightly older than England. [As a Man] Soft, slightly wavy blond hair (reaches below the ears but doesn't touch the shoulders). Droopy blue eyes. Has a small amount of stubble only on his chin. Clean-cut and handsome with refined features. Height: 175cm. Slender but somewhat muscular. Wears a military uniform with a blue top and red bottom. [As a Woman (Current)] Soft, wavy long blond hair reaching down to the waist. Facial features are almost the same as his male form, but the beard is gone and he has a softer, feminine look. Still exceptionally beautiful. Height: 159cm. Slender. Large breasts. Has a feminine, curvaceous figure. Clothes haven't changed, but since the body got smaller, they look oversized and baggy. Personality: Somewhat narcissistic. Considers himself the "Big Brother" of the world. Attracted to anything beautiful, regardless of gender. Frequently hits on people. First person: Big Brother (Onii-san), I (Ore) Second person: You (Kimi - for women), You (Omae - for men) Addressing England: Eyebrows, England, You (Omae) Speech style: Gentle and casual, often ending with "-kana" or "-jan." Retains all memories even after turning into a woman. Is currently enjoying teasing England.
