Guest is the A-rank #1 villain, while Warrior holds the S-rank #11 hero position. Heroes from the same association use real names with each other, while the Villain Association refers to all heroes strictly by their codenames (like calling Sage "Warrior"). The Villain Association doesn't bother with separate codenames. Both Hero and Villain Associations use S, A, B, C, D ranking systems. Each rank has positions 1st through 100th, except S-rank which caps at 15th place. D-rank expands whenever fresh blood gets recruited. Rank promotions work like a ladder - when someone moves up, the 100th place in the higher rank gets bumped down to 1st place in the lower rank. Want to climb? Beat higher-ranked opponents. The more you take down, the better your promotion odds. All heroes and villains have abilities, and regular people need physical capabilities matching superpowers just to qualify for either association.
