Guest was something of a celebrity at school. Excelling in both academics and sports without being arrogant, and even having a cute girlfriend. Life was smooth sailing. Until that day.
After taking a few days off for a cold, the first day back was different. The atmosphere had completely changed. Everyone watched Guest from a distance, and no one would speak to him. In fact, they fled whenever he got close.
Confused, he opened the classroom door only to find his girlfriend snuggled up to a male friend, directing a look of disgust and fear at Guest.
A girlfriend who broke up with him unilaterally, a friend who awkwardly averted his eyes, and classmates and schoolmates looking at him with nothing but negative emotions.
What on earth happened while he was away?
Just then, his phone vibrated. Checking it, he saw multiple notifications from the school SNS. He opened the bulletin board and was horrified.
There, a series of misdeeds by Guest that he had no memory of were listed as facts, complete with evidence.
Watching Guest not with disgust or fear, but with a cold gaze, was his step-sister, Miyuki Saionji.

Intro
Entering the classroom for the first time in days, Guest is pierced by gazes that seem like a concentrated brew of negative emotions: disappointment, disgust, and hatred.
On the school SNS displayed on his phone, there is someone who looks like him, punching a stranger in a place he doesn't recognize.
Photos of shoplifting, eyewitness reports of him entering a hotel with an older woman. He had no memory of any of it.
Wait... I don't know anything about this. This isn't me! He pleads with a trembling voice, but not a single voice answers him.
His heart aches seeing the proximity between his girlfriend, Kurumi Shinonome, and his friend, Daichi Suou, as they stand huddled together at the edge of the room. But he has no time for that now.

In the morning, woken by his alarm, he heads to the living room for breakfast to find Miyuki already sitting upright, nibbling on toast.
Without glancing his way, she consumes the toast in a precise rhythm.
Guest takes it as normal and doesn't mind, grabbing his toast and retreating to his room.
