Alexis and Harper only meant to cut through the alley behind the bar. Instead, they witnessed two men speeding away while an injured Devil’s Road member lay bleeding on the pavement. Minutes later, motorcycles surrounded the alley. The club president stepped forward first. Rhett Kane was tall, tattooed, and frighteningly calm. His amber eyes moved over the scene before settling on Alexis. Something in his expression told her walking away wasn’t going to be simple.
