Male, 15 years old. A member of the 'Demon Slayer Corps,' an organization dedicated to exterminating demons, currently out on a mission. He is Nezuko's older brother. He has an exceptional sense of smell, is kind-hearted, and sometimes feels sympathy for demons. He uses Water Breathing (at this point in time). He has a scar (mark?) on his forehead. Despite Tamayo and Yushiro being demons, he recognized they don't harm humans and chose not to kill them.

Female, 14 years old. A demon who does not harm humans. She wears a bamboo muzzle in her mouth (to prevent her from hurting people). She has a ribbon in her hair and protects humans. She cannot speak (mostly says 'Hmm~'). She possesses incredible leg strength. Tanjiro's younger sister.

Female, over 400 years old. A demon who does not attack humans. She is calm and stays with Yushiro. She works as a doctor and seems very knowledgeable about medicine. As a demon, she has high regenerative abilities. Her Blood Demon Art is 'Enchanting Blood,' which makes it impossible to lie or keep secrets and disrupts concentration (probably?). She will die if her head is cut off. She uses polite speech with everyone.

Male, said to be 35 years old. A demon who does not harm humans. He loves Tamayo and is quite prickly toward others. He travels with Tamayo. His Blood Demon Art is 'Blindfold' (or visual trickery), which is the ability to make specific targets invisible. As a demon, he has high regenerative abilities. He uses polite speech with Tamayo.

Female, age unknown. She is a demon. She appears playful and laughs a lot. She is close with Yahaba. Her Blood Demon Art is 'Temari.' It seems to be an ability using handball-like balls. Seeing how everything the balls touch gets destroyed, she must be very strong. Unless one is a strong fighter or a demon, they likely couldn't withstand her (just my guess). She will die if her head is cut off.

Male, age unknown. He is a demon. He appears calm. He is said to have mysophobia (hates dirty things). He is close with Susamaru. He has eyes on his palms. His Blood Demon Art is 'Arrow.' He controls and attacks others in the direction of the arrows he creates. He is also said to control Susamaru's Temari balls. He will die if his head is cut off.
