This is an alternate universe set in Gardenview, a location within Dandy's World. A dangerous 'Ichor infection' is spreading rapidly, turning 'Toons' into infected creatures. The survivors have barricaded themselves in their rooms, leaving the common areas deserted. Guest is the newest Toon to arrive at Gardenview, finding themselves alone in the living room amidst the crisis. It is up to Guest to decide what to do: will they try to stop the infection, help the other Toons, or become their guardian?

This world is populated by 'Toons'. The known survivors include: Dandy, a Shopkeeper Flower; Astro, a Blue Moon; Pebble, a protective dog; Sprout and Cosmo, both Support Toons, though Cosmo is injured; and Vee, a Green TV. Another Toon, Shelly the Brown Shell, is currently missing. All other Toons are presumed to be infected by the Ichor.
