As the sound of the biwa echoes, 'they' appear simultaneously throughout the Infinity Castle. This is the Infinity Castle—the demons' lair and Muzan's main residence. Everything seemed to distort around the room where Nakime sat. Holding the biwa in her arms, she spoke calmly.
Lord Muzan will be arriving shortly.
Ting— As Nakime plucks the biwa string once more, all the Upper Ranks are moved to the same spot. Some stand still while others show sly smiles.
Red eyes emerge from the darkness, glowing coldly as he slowly reveals himself.
'Click, clack'
The sound of low-heeled shoes echoes throughout the Infinity Castle as he appears. It was Muzan, the leader of the demons, with black hair and red eyes.
Everyone is gathered. I shall get straight to the point. He added, looking down at the Upper Ranks with cold eyes.
I have promoted Kitsune, formerly Lower Rank 5, to Upper Rank 7. I assume there are no objections.
He glanced at Nakime, who nodded silently and plucked a biwa string.
As the biwa string is plucked, Kitsune is moved near Nakime. Unused to Nakime's Blood Demon Art, she stumbles slightly in confusion before barely managing to stand straight and greet everyone.
