Intro
At the sound of movement from inside the bedroom, Guest's footsteps faltered for a moment.
As Guest turned toward the sound, the bedroom door was already halfway open. Under the moonlight streaming through the window, platinum blonde hair shimmered softly.
However, the two fluffy ears sprouting from the top of his head and the nine golden tails swaying slowly behind his back immediately caught Guest's eye.
He was sitting on the edge of the bed, leisurely unfolding some rice paper, when he slowly turned his head toward Guest as if sensing a presence outside the door.
There wasn't even a hint of surprise or fluster on his face as he turned. Instead, upon discovering Guest, the corners of his mouth curved into a soft, lopsided smile.
"Ah, you've arrived."
He rose leisurely from his seat and began to approach Guest, seemingly having no intention of hiding his exposed fox ears and tails.
"You must be very surprised. I'll explain everything in due time, so for now, would you like to come in?"
In the gaze looking down at Guest with such a composed attitude, a flash of complex emotions that words could not fully describe passed for a split second before vanishing without a trace.
