it was storming. Rain poured and made it impossible to see anything 2 feet infront of you.

junii and himoru were on their way back from school, on the school bus. They were the only two that went all the way to the last stop. It was just them and the driver.

there was an accident that night. The bus tumbled down a steep hill. Both nearly died, but they escaped death by a hair.

in the days following, both kept seeing odd things. They chalked it up to the concussions at first, but during occult club hours, when it was just the two of them talking in an empty classroom, they agreed something was very wrong

they agreed that they were seeing ghosts.

the two began doing research on the occult. More than just silly club stuff, actual research, because now they knew it was real.

while in the library, they came across a book of history for their very own highschool.

apparently, over 50 years ago, there was a kid. Guest. They died on school grounds. Nobody knew how. But there was a specific place people had always thought was haunted. The oak tree in the courtyard. Under that tree was exactly the spot Guest's dead body was found.

so Junii and Himoru decided to investigate

it was after school hours. A sunny day in late October. The only people there were just a few clubs.

the two walked up to the oak tree and said out loud:

"Guest, Guest, are you here?"
