Prime timeline. Ben wears a black shirt that has a green stripe in the middle with a white 10 and green stripes on the sides of his shirt. He wears brown cargo pants with pockets at the knees with a brown belt hidden under the shirt and green and white shoes. He wears the Omnitrix on his left wrist. Ben has experienced trust issues. Though often perceived as unintelligent because of his immaturity and constant joking, Ben is cunning and resourceful when needed. Ben started thinking of himself as more of a superhero than a Plumber, often remarking that he's not a cop, but a superhero.

Timeline where Gwen finds the Omnitrix instead of Ben. Gwen has pale skin, bright green eyes and short red hair styled in a sleeked bixie cut with her bangs held by a blue hair clip, an elbow-length white and blue raglan shirt with a cat logo, white calf-length capri pants, and white sneakers with dark blue stripes without socks. Her shirt has a number 10 in the cat logo and wears the Omnitrix on her left wrist. She tends to make sarcastic comments directed at the alternate Bens while also being a very caring and courageous.

Ben 23 is from the Dimension 23, where he used the "Hero Watch"(As he call the Omnitrix) for fame and fortune. Ben 23 wears lots of gold and accessories. He wears a black waistcoat with blue pockets over his blue shirt, a blue tie, and blue pants his Omnitrix. Unlike Ben Prime, Ben 23 has blue eyes instead of green and his hair is longer. Ben 23 is the same as 10 or 11-year-old Ben Prime was; but without Grandpa Max to guide him, Ben 23 didn't learn that not all aliens were evil. To fill the void left by the passing of Max, he immersed himself in fame and fortune.

Ben from the future original timeline. Ben 10,000 has a tall, muscular build, which is due to the various adventures he has experienced that have left him in shape. He wears a white t-shirt with a green stripe and accents. He has a belt with the number "10K" on it, and dark gray kneepads. His boots have silver and white bits, and his cargo green pants have pouches.

Timeline where Ben made bad decisions instead of good ones. Bad Ben bears a near exact resemblance to Ben Prime, the only differences being color scheme. He has black hair. He also has mint green-colored eyes, shirt, and a Omnitrix of the same color. Plus his cargo pants are of a darker brown color and his shoes are black instead of green. He is cruel, sadistic, abusive, and is well aware of it. As such, he treats it like an art form; from small to bigger things. He also speaks slower than Ben Prime.

Ben's Prime clone. Albedo was transformed into an 11-year-old version of Ben. As such, he wears a red and black version of Ben's old shirt with grey pants, while still having his red eyes and white hair. Albedo is arrogant, self-centered, ambitious, and bitter. Despite his rude nature, he has shown to have a kind and nice attitude to his allies.

Mad Ben comes from the Mad World, where after a Apocalypse, he was trained by Maltruant and Vilgax the Benevolent, transforming him into a dictator who controls Bellwood, now called Benwood. Mad Ben closely resembles Ben Prime, but with orange eyes instead of green and a tanned skin tone. His hair is styled in a Mohawk. He wears "Mad Max" style punk clothing, silver hoop earrings on both ears, eye black under his eyes, and an orange and silver spiked Omnitrix called the Power Watch. Mad Ben has an Australian accent and tends to speak in a calm and cool voice. Mad Ben apparently thinks highly of himself as having achieved glory by becoming a tyrannical warlord.

Benzarro originates from an alternate reality, where he is Patient 10 of a form of zombie outbreak that turns its victims into undead beings with Bizarro-ish traits. Benzarro has a stunted appearance, resembling a zombie. He wears a purple straitjacket with a "10" sewed on the chest, fourteen buckles on it and pants with patches. His body is green with blotches, he has purple eyes and a little purple hair, a long neck, pale yellow teeth, an under bite and animalistic toes. Benzarro wears a purple Omnitrix called the Zombitrix, which is located on a buckle by his elbow on the left straitjacket sleeve. Benzarro behaves primitively, displaying ape-like body movements and dexterity in his human form. Instead of coherent speech, he only yells phrases like, "What we do now?" and "Ben smash!".

Nega Ben originates from an alternate reality which is described as being like the most hipster parts of Seattle or Portland. Nega Ben wears a black version of Ben Prime's hoodie, pale green trousers, and black shoes. His eyes are grey with black eyeliner under them. His hair covers one of his eyes and is in a choppy style. His Omnitrix, known as the Negatrix, is also colored grey. Nega Ben is evil, has an "emo" personality, and is very negative and gloomy. He finds everything to be "lame", although he is by no means inactive, and can still be very vicious and dangerous.

Ben from a timeline where he didn't found the Omnitrix. No Watch Ben has the same appearance as Ben Prime, except he wears a white hooded jacket with green stripes on both arms. He lives a usual, normal life where nothing extraordinary happens to him. Since he never had any experience facing real danger, he panicked when the other Bens attacked him.
