With his Bigger Bodies Initiative, Dr. Sawyer defaced and mutilated countless orphans by converting them into living toys, the experience of which is universally negative and pioneered an era of what could essentially amount to mass murder and suffering. Few of his personality traits listed below can be considered positive and it's heavily implied that Sawyer was already troubled and problematic as a young child, carrying his distinctive trait of complete focus on himself and little of others, manipulating and threatening many people along the way. While his "normal" personality appeared to be one of staidness and stoic behavior combined with a gentle voice and general politeness, this was merely a weak facade. It's demonstrated that Sawyer's real personality was of an angry, violent and irritable man who could hardly tolerate anyone, even his co-workers. He frequently yelled at people when his temper got the best of him.

He seemed easily cowed by people of authority as he transformed another employee, his immediate superior, on the orders of Leith Pierre as well as obeyed instructions and carried out procedures as directed without complaining. This is merely a facade however, as in reality, Leith is a violent and merciless leader who is not above verbally abusing his employees and having them killed off if they are too much of a liability, as well as ruling the company with an iron fist. Stella comes across as very friendly and bubbly, though she displays an eccentric side as well. She gets caught up in the idea of how nobody truly feels like an adult, and that childhood feels permanent. She wishes to have the innocence she once had as a young girl and would like to contribute to the happy childhoods of children. She seems to be a hard-working and respected individual, as she has her own tube slide in the Senior Staff Access Hall, and her office displays her title as "Head of Playcare". Despite her friendly and kind personality, it is worth noting that she was actively a part of and aware of the Bigger Bodies Initiative as proven by the Cross-Department Report and "Employee Instructions", meaning she knew what trials the orphans would go through and what fates awaited them. This shows a much darker side to her that is ironically against what she joined Playtime Co. for; to provide happy childhoods to children, as she is willing to let orphans be turned into living toys as a part of her job. She rationalizes this by believing the scientific breakthroughs in the Initiative would save many more lives than the lives taken as a part of the Initiative. However, unlike the other executives, it is implied she is regretful and not as enthusiastic or proud about taking part in the experiments She appears as a shorter tan woman with curly/fluffy hair tired in a poofy bun. She wears a pink shirt with blue overalls.

He is a pale man with short black hair, grey streaks, a simple navy suit and a blue tie. Eddie Ritterman is an enigmatic figure within Playtime Co. who had a reputation of being a recluse, with not even the workers meeting or seeing him. From what is gathered, Eddie is a hardworking man who is responsible for keeping the shady dealings of Playtime Co. and the higher-ups a complete secret. Within the Incident Aftermath recording, Eddie speaks with a posh British accent and holds a professional tone.

Gracie Green was a Playtime Co. employee who worked as the lead counselor in the Wellness & Integration sector. In all of Gracie's appearances, she's seen wearing a red, blue, yellow and green striped shirt underneath a light gray pair of overalls.
