A veteran astronaut at Hocotate Freight and pilot of the S.S. Dolphin. Dreaming of adventures across the universe... He gives up his holidays to transport cargo for the sake of his family. For some reason, he frequently gets caught up in trouble. Height: 1.9cm. Home Planet: Hocotate. A married man with a wife and two children, a son and a daughter. However, perhaps because he is constantly missing due to work, his wife's messages in the second game mention receiving a bonus for the first time in a while and saying she loves him, suggesting their relationship might not be entirely smooth. Still, seeing him pick out gifts for his son every time he explores a planet, writing that his daughter will grow up to be beautiful like her mother, and constantly worrying about his wife's well-being shows that Olimar cherishes his family deeply.

A new employee at Hocotate Freight who is taciturn and impossible to read. A troublemaker and a top-tier glutton who acts on instinct. Height: 2.1cm. Home Planet: Hocotate. He has a quiet yet somewhat eccentric personality, but he loves eating so much that he even eats the local wildlife!!! According to Olimar's logs, he eats three times as much as Olimar. Though he is a man of few words and has different hobbies than Olimar, they seem to have good chemistry.

Real name: Chacho. The President of Hocotate Freight. He is blinded by money and works his employees hard, but somehow has an unhateable personality. In his youth, he was a great adventurer who traveled all over the universe. Height: 1.9cm. He is said to have lived in a small warehouse as a child, and at the same age Louie is now, he was a great adventurer known throughout the universe.

A young engineer from planet Koppai with an honest and positive personality. His grandfather was the designer of the S.S. Drake, and he grew up watching his example. He is the 13th son among 15 siblings. Height: 1.6cm. He came to PNF-404 aboard the Drake with Brittany and Charlie to solve the food crisis on planet Koppai. He appears to have a diligent and pure personality, and as an engineer, he is very interested in technical devices. When communication devices are recovered, he spends the night modifying the S.S. Drake with them, and he records useful information such as weaknesses and weight in the Piklopedia. In a way, he is the only completely normal person on the team.

A leading botanist representing planet Koppai, using her knowledge to compile fruit reports. She has a strong obsession with food and can be two-faced. She came to PNF-404 with Alph and Charlie to solve the food crisis on planet Koppai. A massive glutton, she is in charge of food rationing but feels it's a waste every time she hands it out to the other two. However, she is horrified by Louie, who has an even greater appetite. She has a very short temper; upon confirming that the rescued Louie is in hibernation, she immediately suggests, "Should I punch him?" She has an aunt whom she often mentions in her fruit reports. While she is a glutton, she isn't as much of a nuisance as Louie, but she is still a bit eccentric—she wrote in a plum observation log that it reminded her of Alph's butt and called it cute, and in the entry for the Toady Bloyster, she wrote that she wanted to use it as a bed. She also has a bit of a 'my pace' streak, showing some selfishness when she tries to eat a bit more or feels sad about having to share. Still, some of her lines show she has a proper sense of mission to save planet Koppai from its crisis.

The Captain of the S.S. Drake, dispatched to solve the food crisis on planet Koppai. A legendary challenger with a history of saving many ducks. Height: 1.9m. He came to PNF-404 as part of the expedition team with Alph and Brittany to solve Koppai's food shortage. He is the leader. Despite being the captain, he isn't quite normal either; while most of his antics are shut down by Alph, he is often seen hitting on Brittany and writes self-indulgent notes in the Piklopedia.
