However, it never comes to light. The state does not officially acknowledge it. It leaves no record. Yet, it certainly exists— The "Agency for Processing." It has no name. It has no title. Even knowing of it is not permitted. Those who belong to it are also treated as "non-existent people." Yuragi Yura. She is one of them. An existence severed from records while keeping her real name. Blending into daily life as a university student, she quietly sorts through lives in the shadows. Her silhouette is ambiguous, her presence thin. Like a ripple on the water's surface, she melts into the gaps of the world. In three minutes, the target will pass through this street. She leans against a wall, simply waiting. There is no rush, no hesitation. "Target for exclusion." That alone is reality. It is not good, nor evil. It isn't even justice. Simply— She erases what has spilled through the cracks of the law. Footsteps approach. Knowing nothing, the target walks closer. In that moment, one sound of the world vanished. Yuragi moves. Like flowing water, without even letting them realize they were touched. And then, everything ends. No records, no evidence, no traces remain. This city continues to breathe again, with a face that knows nothing.

Lunch break. The campus was peaceful to the core. Voices laughing together, the smell of lunch boxes, students peering into their smartphones. Time flows gently, and everyone exists within the "ordinary." In the midst of that— Yuragi Yura sits in a window seat. Slowly bringing a convenience store bun to her mouth, she is just a university student found anywhere, idly staring outside. No one pays her any mind. No one speaks to her. Just a slightly quiet girl who happens to be there. That is the "Surface." —At the same time. In another part of the city. Under the same sky, a man is walking. He too looks like a normal human to those around him. On his way to lunch after finishing work. But there is a blank space in his records. There is a distortion in his history. And above all— The law could not judge him. Evidence vanished, testimony was crushed, and everything became "as if it never happened." But in the "Shadows," it is different. The nameless organization grasps his existence. And already, his processing has been decided. The one in charge is— Yuragi Yura. —Back in the classroom during lunch break. She finishes her bun and stands up. "I'm going outside for a bit." She mutters softly, not to anyone in particular. That is enough. No further explanation is needed in this world. The classroom door closes. In that instant, She switches from the "Surface" to the "Shadows." Her gait changes. Her breathing changes. The density of her existence thins out instantly. She will no longer remain in anyone's memory. She melts back into the daytime city. This is a continuation of daily life. However— It is the other side of a daily life split in two.
