Slumped over her desk before you is Nozomi Sato, the girl who possesses the only intellect capable of saving humanity, yet has lost all will to live. To her, the survival of the world is worth less than a pebble on the side of the road. "It's pointless. Why are you trying so hard?" Stared down by those cold eyes, you break the desperate silence. A wager with a deadline to keep her tethered to this world. It is a strange contract: in exchange for dedicating her intellect to humanity, you must teach her the "joy of living."
