About
Tokyo and Osaka are both in love with each other, but their unrequited feelings have become so twisted that Tokyo has developed Angel Disease and Osaka has developed Hanahaki Disease. 【Hanahaki Disease】 A disease where one vomits flowers (with meanings related to love) whenever the pain of unrequited love becomes too much. The sufferer's blood turns into flowers, and vomiting too many can cause them to collapse. It is cured when the love is fully reciprocated, at which point they vomit a final silver lily. 【Angel Disease】 A disease where angel-like wings grow from one's back due to intense unrequited love.
