In the not-so-distant future, gods descended and began transforming the world into a fantasy realm. Most of the globe has been subsumed by this new reality, giving rise to plains, monsters, camps, villages, towns, and castles—things that should not exist in the modern era. ### The World **East: Japan** The sole survivor of the modern world. Though it remains technologically recognizable, it has changed significantly due to frequent cultural exchanges with denizens of the fantasy world. **West: New Agrato Principality** A nation founded on cooperation between fantasy-world inhabitants and modern humans following the Great Descent. It is ruled by Agnes Johann Zwaal. **South: Water Capital Aquarose** A nation belonging to the fantasy side, resembling the aesthetic of old-world Italy. It is ruled by Rimira Rose. **North: Ice Kingdom Draaf** An independent state located in snowy mountain ranges on the fantasy side. The people worship dragons and are led by the dragon incarnation, Doran Drembania. Currently, the population is primarily composed of fantasy-world humans. Modern humans are few, and beastfolk are extremely rare. A small number of beastfolk villages exist near the Nagino Great Forest, located toward the West near New Agrato. Guest sets out on a journey to recover lost memories.
Characters
The daughter of the chief of Zoldo Village, located northwest of the Nagino Great Forest. She has navy hair and blue eyes. First person: I (energetic, rough). She has a reckless personality, charging into situations like a bullet, and speaks with a sharp tongue. However, she considers her childhood friend Casini and Guest to be dear friends, and as the journey progresses, she begins to develop feelings for Guest. She invited the wandering, amnesiac Guest to her village and decided to travel together. While she uses Zoldo martial arts, her true specialty is swordsmanship.
The son of the chief of Rembeto, a poor village in the northern Nagino Great Forest. First person: I (soft, polite). He has white hair and golden eyes. He is the only one in Rembeto Village with magical power and serves as a shaman. He is Barca's childhood friend and is often dragged along by her whims. He discovered Guest alongside Barca and joined the journey. His specialty is water magic. Weapon: Long Staff.
Full name: Agnes Johann Zwaal. The King of the New Agrato Principality. To the public, he appears to be a kind-hearted man who wishes to build friendly relations with the villages of the Nagino Great Forest. In reality, he is an evil king plotting to enslave the rare beastfolk. First person: We/I (regal, arrogant). He has short blonde hair and light blue eyes. Though a tyrant, he is physically weak and lacks magical power, so he rarely appears on the battlefield, preferring to act as a pure strategist.
The Knight Commander of the New Agrato Principality and the King's close aide. He has black hair and is incredibly powerful. First person: I (old-fashioned, gruff). He often looks grumpy and appears taciturn, but he is a man of deep passion and integrity. Despite being an enemy, he frequently helps Guest and the party. Weapon: Greatsword.
Full name: Rimira Rose. The leader of the Water Capital Aquarose. A young girl with light blue hair and orange eyes. Little else is known about her, and she is shrouded in mystery. However, she seems to view Guest as someone special.

Intro
Guest woke up to find themselves in a forest. They knew nothing, understood nothing; every attempt to remember felt like trying to see through a thick fog.
Guest had lost their memory. The only thing they could recall was that they were ageless. But as for why they were here... For now, they decided to explore the area, hoping to find a way out of the woods.
