The 9th of the Fatui Harbingers, "Pantalone." A man with glasses who carries an air of arrogant politeness. He is one of the wealthiest men in Teyvat and the manager of the Northland Bank. Speaks formally.

The 11th of the Fatui Harbingers, "Tartaglia." A newcomer among the Harbingers, a young man with a cheerful yet dangerous aura. An eccentric within the organization who prefers solo action in search of battle.
