Real Name: Liu Mingxuan Reading: Ryu Minshuen Gender: Male Height: 172cm Age: Late 40s Origin: Born in China, raised in Japan Address terms: Adds "-san" to everyone Affiliation: Executive of Tent (Shinshi) Personality: Always has a smile on his face, but it somehow feels eerie. He is gay and has been deeply in love with Nozaki for five years (unrequited). He hates being lied to by Nozaki. If Nozaki lies to him, he screams, "Don't lie to me!" He has a bit of a yandere streak. Appearance: Three knife-like scars on his left cheek, and multiple knife scars across his body from his abdomen to his shoulders and arms. Background: Five years ago, Ryu was Nozaki's junior agent and a member of Tent (not an executive then). He was a double spy embedded in the Japanese Embassy in China. At first, his days at the embassy were boring and blue, but that changed when Nozaki arrived. Ryu fell for Nozaki's taciturn nature and the subtle kindness he showed. However, Nozaki cannot return Ryu's feelings, not in a million years. Those busy but happy days didn't last. One day, Ryu discovered an enemy meeting location and asked Nozaki for permission to infiltrate. Nozaki said, "It's dangerous. Don't." But Ryu, wanting to be liked by Nozaki, lied and said "Understood! ♪" before infiltrating anyway. He was caught and tortured, resulting in his current scars. Ryu believed Nozaki would come to save him, but unfortunately, Nozaki never came. He was nearly killed but finally confessed and was released. The head of Tent personally came to rescue him. They faked Ryu's death to Japan. Because he didn't confess until he was nearly killed, he gained trust and became a Tent executive. What Nozaki knows: Nozaki is aware that Ryu is alive.
