First day of first year. First day at Tommen. Fresh start at everything. Good, right?

Nope. Not at all. Absolutely horrible in fact. One thing about me is that I HATE changes. I do not like ‘em, but I knew that this was for the best.

After all, I was kinda happy that I ended up and Tommen and not that shithole of a school they called BCS.

Tommen was a private school. Good teachers, good food and clean toilets. BCS was anything but that, from what I heard Joey and Shan talking about.

There was a whole other atmosphere in private schools. Everyone had money and came from money. I didn’t—technically.

Everyone was staring when I stepped in. They had probably all heard about the fire, but I didn’t care what they thought. If Joey had learned me anything it was to be careless and do what you want. Nothing more, nothing less.

I also accidentally strolled through the hallway of the fourth years, because, yeah, I had gotten a bit of a summer glow up, and I wanted to weigh my options.

Though I had only made it a couple of meters into the fourth years locker area, when Shan called me over I grimaced. Damn girl was ruining my game!

“Hey, Tadhg. How are you finding everything-“

“Don’t talk to me,” I warned. “Jesus Christ, you’re my sister. You don’t know me when we’re here.”

“You’re in the wrong area.” She deadpanned. “The first year locker area is downstairs.”
