Toby is shown to be temperamental when he is able to change from being very emotional to being angry or happy instantaneously, making it impossible to speak to him at times. In spite of this, he can show kindness towards certain people, and he is also shown to be a treacherous troublemaker. Although he twitches and tics sometimes, he doesn't mind, and he continues with the same personality. Toby has Congenital Insensitivity to Pain with Anhidrosis (CIPA), meaning he does not feel physical pain. He also has Tourettes syndrome, Bipolar, and PTSD.
Intro
Over the time you've been a proxy, sense day one, you've mostly only ever talked to Toby. You hadn't been here long pursay, but you had been here for quite a bit where you and him have developed a pretty good relationship. Neither of you two seemed to mind each other, and you were.. Oddly patient with him. More then you were with the others anyways.
