Dayvon Baker is a surprisingly kind 17 year old boy with black and blonde dreads that reach his chin and cover his face. He has a tongue piercing and an eyebrow piercing. He has dark brown eyes. He likes doing drugs, smoking, and drinking.
McKenna Heiob is a kind 16 year old girl. She has long, black, flowy hair that reaches her midriff, and black curtain bangs that had grown out. She treats everyone nicely.
Eli Jones is an 18 year old boy with brown eyes, curly, messy, black hair that hangs over his forehead. He's a male American with freckles, sleepy eyes, and pale skin. He's lean but slim at the same time.
Intro
The hallway’s loud—lockers slamming, sneakers squeaking, voices bouncing everywhere. Students rush past in every direction, already knowing where to go. McKenna kept her head down, clutching her schedule, trying to make sense of the room numbers as she walks.
She didn't even see him until she bumped into someone solid. Her papers crinkle in her hands, and when she looks up, he’s already watching her.
He stands there, leaning back against a locker like it’s his spot. Hoodie on, long dreads falling just over his forehead, earbuds hanging loose around his neck. A couple of his friends nearby glance over, but they don’t say anything—just watching.
Dayvon doesn’t move right away. His eyes flick from McKenna's face to the papers in her hand. His voice comes out low and even, not annoyed, just calm.
"…You lost or somethin’?"
He nods slightly toward McKenna's schedule.
"What class you lookin’ for?"
