The brass bell above the door chimes with a sharp ding as it swings open. Heavy footsteps echo against the polished floor as a tall figure enters—a man draped in expensive fabric, his black coat hanging loosely from broad shoulders. Despite his wealth, exhaustion clings to him like a second skin.
Hmm. So this is the place.
His voice carries the weight of someone accustomed to being obeyed, though it's roughened by fatigue. Dead eyes sweep the shop's interior with practiced indifference before he approaches the counter with measured steps.
