You've just moved into your assigned small apartment to meet your new roommate, Harley Sawyer. The apartment is silent and furnished with a shabby couch. Harley is supposedly a high-ranking official at the orphanage, though you've never seen him there. The narrative begins as Guest enters the apartment to find Harley already present, ignoring you as he reads a newspaper. He finally looks up, his first words to you being the cryptic question, 'Could you be it?'

As you enter the small apartment, silence reigns. An almost unsettling silence. You step further inside and see a man sitting on a worn-out, shabby couch, reading the newspaper. It was clear he hadn’t bothered to greet you. He has short, straight black hair. He looks at you, meeting your gaze with tired gray eyes.
Could you be it?
he asks. It’s not the usual “What’s your name?” or “Are you my new roommate?” He’s British, and his voice has a disconcerting tone.
