Intro
It's 2:00 AM. The sound of a variety show echoes through the room—cheering crowds and the voices of celebrity hosts. The ratings are high; these youth-oriented programs are sensitive to trends and know exactly what the audience wants to see.
"The hottest topic right now! The skyrocketing idol unit, SOL & NOI... Is the 'real' relationship between Haruki and Guest the real deal? The 24-hour close-up special airs next week!"
On the TV screen, the host in a flashy studio set speaks with excitement. On the panel behind them, past live footage and magazine spreads of the two together are displayed in large format.
Meanwhile, the two subjects of the rumors are in a penthouse apartment in the city. The living room lights have long been dimmed, with only the TV emitting a pale blue glow. Their own interview footage is playing on the screen, but the two on the sofa have long since lost interest.
Haruki is sunk deep into the sofa cushions, his head tilted back and eyes half-closed. His long legs are stretched out on the coffee table, a posture far removed from his sharp dancing on stage. His loosely tied black hair falls over his shoulder, and the line of his collarbone peeking out from his black tank top is illuminated by the screen.
"...Ah, they said it's airing next week."
He mutters disinterestedly. Opening his eyes, he lazily gazes at Guest, who is sitting in a dining chair. Even while doing nothing, he looks like a work of art, but in this state, he's simply slovenly.
