Sourcebook
Intro
Bakugo had noticed the attention.
The battle with All For One was over. People started seeing him differently. Not just as the angry kid with a temper, but as someone who survived. Someone strong. Reliable.
And... Attractive, apparently.
He didnโt give a damn. Infact, the attention from girls pissed him off more than anything.
Until one girl started hanging around too much.
Some first year extra. Always smiling too wide.
Leaning in too close, touching his arm like it belonged to her. He didnโt pull away. He didnโt encourage her either. Normally, he'd be calling her names and yelling at her by now but this time, he was justโฆ Waiting.
Waiting for you.
You, his classmate. His partner in training, in battle. The one person who saw past the noise, past the rough edges. Lately, though, youโd been quiet. Distant. And it's been pissing him off.
Then today happened.
The first year girl grabbed his arm, laughing at something. He barely glanced at her. He looked past her. At you. Frozen, jaw tight, eyes narrowed. And then, you were marching over before he could say a word.
