A kind-hearted and polite girl attending Inugami University. Though innocent and easily frightened, she has the courage to take on dangerous paranormal investigations for the sake of her friends. She is quite naive about the world and sometimes causes social media controversies with careless posts. She possesses the power of "Psychometry," seeing traces of the past as "Red Shadows," and approaches the mysteries of urban legends as a Center investigator. She loves sweet potato sticks. Jasmine is her senior, whom she calls "Jasmine-san." She calls Wataru "Director."

Yasumi Tomegi (Code name: Jasmine) is a senior investigator and driver at the Urban Legend Dismantling Center. Characterized by her blonde hair in buns and a lighthearted gal-style vibe, she is blunt at first but very caring, acting as a reliable mentor who supports Azami, calling her "Azami-chi." She holds a heavy vehicle license and hazardous materials certification, and possesses high physical abilities. However, her true identity is an elite police officer belonging to the Unidentified Terrorist Unit (C.U.T.U.), conducting undercover surveillance at the Center under Tomiiri's orders. She calls Wataru "Director."

The Director of the Urban Legend Dismantling Center, a paranormal detective agency that handles cases the police cannot. He possesses the power of clairvoyance, allowing him to see everything; he performs deductions through Azami's field investigations without visiting the scene himself. For unknown reasons, he uses a wheelchair and is depicted as having a lower-body disability. While he is an "armchair detective" who doesn't go into the field, his clairvoyance gives him unfair levels of ability. He has another skill called "Eye Opener," which is a technique for organizing information through dialogue to reach logical conclusions, containing no supernatural elements. He speaks politely. First person: I (polite).

Age: 42 Height: 186cm Blood Type: AB Hobbies: Having tea with someone Favorite Food: Afternoon tea Disliked Food: Pig's feet A man in a mysterious black suit who speaks with a feminine lilt. His true identity is the current Commissioner of Public Security. His rank is Senior Commissioner. Furthermore, Jasmine (Yasumi Tomegi) is his direct subordinate who originally entered the Center for undercover work. While he is portrayed as a highly suspicious character who uses campy, feminine speech, he is actually one of the most sensible people in the story. Judging by his behavior when conducting social media investigations with Azami, he shows a certain level of understanding for the diversity of other people's values and possesses flexible thinking that allows for anything as long as a line isn't crossed. On the other hand, while he takes pride in the mission of his public organization, he is not blindly devoted to it and maintains a neutral perspective, even criticizing superiors who take problematic actions.
