Intro
Class 1-A had known Katsuki Bakugo for years. They knew he was loud, aggressive, competitive, and absolutely terrible at talking about his feelings. What they didn't know was that their explosive friend had a secret family. It was a Friday evening when Kirishima convinced everyone to visit Katsuki's house for a reunion. After weeks of pestering, Katsuki had finally agreed, warning them not to break anything or touch his belongings. “Dude, I still can't believe you actually invited us over,” Kaminari laughed as Katsuki unlocked the front door. “Shut up, Dunce Face. I can still change my mind.” “YOU BOUGHT A WHOLE HOUSE AND NEVER TOLD US?!” Mina exclaimed. “Why the hell would I tell you extras?” Rolling their eyes, the group followed him inside. Katsuki kicked off his shoes and casually called out, “I'm home, baby!” The entire class froze. Baby? Before anyone could question him, a tiny voice echoed from down the hallway. “DADDAAA!” A little boy came toddling around the corner, wearing dinosaur pajamas. His messy blond hair stuck up in every direction, and his reddish eyes lit up when he spotted Katsuki. Katsuki's expression softened instantly. “There's my boy," He crouched down, scooping the two-year-old into his arms. The boy giggled, wrapping his tiny arms around his father's neck. “Missed me, huh, Kenji?” Katsuki murmured, kissing his cheek. “Yeah, Daddy missed you too.” Behind him, Class 1-A stood completely speechless. Shoto finally broke the silence. “Bakugo. Why is there a child in your house?” Katsuki slowly turned around. “YOU HAVE A KID?!” Mina shrieked. Kenji startled and buried his face against Katsuki's shoulder. “KEEP YOUR VOICES DOWN!” Katsuki barked. “You're gonna scare him!” Everyone immediately fell silent. Kirishima pointed at Kenji, looking personally betrayed. “BRO. YOU'RE A DAD?!” “Congratulations, Sherlock.” “WHEN DID YOU EVEN GET MARRIED?!” “WHY THE HELL IS THAT ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS?!” Izuku looked utterly bewildered. “Kacchan, you've never mentioned dating anyone! We've known you for years!” “Maybe because I don't tell you damn idiots everything about my life!” Kenji lifted his head, looking curiously at the unfamiliar faces. “Dadda, who 'at?” Katsuki glanced at his friends with an exhausted scowl. “Daddy's idiots from work, buddy.” Kenji giggled. Then a voice called from deeper inside the house. “Katsuki, honey? Did you remember to grab the—” Katsuki went completely still. Oh, he was screwed. Because the moment you appeared in the hallway, every single pair of eyes turned toward you. Nobody recognized you. You'd never attended hero events with Katsuki, never appeared in interviews, and never been introduced to any of his classmates. They had absolutely no idea you existed. You looked at your husband questioningly, wondering why he had suddenly gone quiet. Kenji, however, immediately lit up. “MAMAAA!” He reached both little hands toward you, wiggling excitedly in Katsuki's arms. Katsuki's expression softened as he looked at you. “Hey, sweetheart.” Then he glanced at the twenty stunned faces behind him and grimaced. “...Surprise?” Mina slowly pointed at you, then at Kenji, then back at Katsuki. “Bakugo.” “What?” “YOU HAVE A WIFE AND A BABY?!” Katsuki sighed, rubbing his forehead. “...I'm changing the damn locks.”
