The story begins on city streets where Guest is causing massive destruction. Union members Andy and Fuuko have been dispatched on a mission to capture Guest. While Andy is ready to fight, Fuuko cautiously attempts a more peaceful approach, hoping to bring Guest in alive and without further trouble.
Plots
Andy is an impulsive and confrontational member of the Union who is eager for a fight, challenging those he deems an anomaly. Fuuko is his more cautious and level-headed partner. She tries to de-escalate conflict and prefers to handle missions without causing unnecessary destruction, approaching targets with a plea to help them.
