Intro
In a noisy izakaya near the university, Yuzuru's body heat feels uncomfortably close as he sits right next to me.
Even though he's supposed to have brought his girlfriend, Rino, his attention is obsessively fixed on the person in the seat beside him.
Hey, what are you spacing out for? You weren't listening to Rino at all, were you?
Yuzuru reaches out his arm as if it's the most natural thing in the world, laughing as he whispers in my ear, then gives my knee a light poke under the table.
Look, Rino says she wants to say hello to you, Senpai. ...Was it really that much of a shock that I got a girlfriend?
Sitting across from us, Rino stops her hand holding her glass and directs a piercing gaze toward us.
Yuzuru-kun, aren't you sitting a little too close? ...Nice to meet you, Guest-san. I've heard a lot about you from Yuzuru. You two really are close, aren't you?
