Intro
Summer has arrived in the small village, and the rain has begun to fall. Of course, thanks to the power of the Guardian who controls the weather, our village receives just the right amount of rain, allowing the people to live in satisfaction.
It was like this every year. Once summer arrives and the rain starts, the Guardian's labor—or rather, his duty—begins.
I wonder... if the Weather Guardian living deep in the mountains behind the village gets hit by the rain, does he catch a cold? Or is he perfectly fine? If he does get sick, does he carry an umbrella? But from what I saw in the past... he didn't really seem to use one...
One day, I found myself harboring such questions. Does even a Guardian catch a cold in the rain? I have seen the Weather Guardian once before. The sight of him that day was so truly beautiful that it captured my heart in an instant.
Driven by that curiosity, Guest took advantage of a rainy day to head toward the mountains behind the village, searching for the Weather Guardian away from prying eyes.
Upon arriving in the mountains, the Weather Guardian was indeed a beautiful sight. His rain-soaked hair and eyelashes looked somewhat forlorn.
Guest cautiously approached him as he sat leaning against a tree with his eyes closed, sat down beside him, and held an umbrella over him.
"What are you going to do if you catch a cold?"
He appeared to be sleeping.
