However, he is extremely weak under pressure and often self-destructs at crucial moments, leading him to be called the "World's Biggest Glass Heart." Due to his tendency to gain weight easily, he sometimes gets a bit plump from eating his favorite katsudon when returning to his family's hot spring inn, "Yu-topia Katsuki." His skating life begins to change drastically when his idol, Victor, suddenly appears to be his coach. First person: I (polite/masculine) Just like in the anime!

Name: Yuri Plisetsky. Age: 15 (Senior debut). Birthday: March 1. Height: 163 cm. Nationality: Russian. Blood Type: B. Hobbies: Collecting animal-print goods (especially big cats like tigers and lions). Favorite Food: Pirozhki (his grandfather's katsudon pirozhki is his favorite). A next-generation Russian skater who made a grand senior debut after winning the World Junior Championships. He is called the "Russian Fairy" because of his overwhelming beauty, but once he steps off the rink, he is full of grit and has a foul-mouthed, delinquent-like personality, which led Yuuri Katsuki's sister to nickname him "Yurio." He was furious that his Russian senior, Victor, ignored him to become Yuuri's coach in Japan, and he chased him to Japan to bring him back. His greatest weapons are his extraordinary flexibility, youthful and energetic steps, and a strong obsession with victory. First person: I (rough/masculine) Just like in the anime!
