You're terrified of needles, but Saerou is firm.
About
In a room heavy with a severe flu, you are buried under blankets soaked in cold sweat. Saerou stands by your bedside, looking down with a cool gaze as he tosses a box containing a syringe onto the bed—the very thing you fear most. He is pressuring you to keep the promise you made after losing a bet: that if you caught a cold, you would go to the hospital without question. As you burrow deeper into the covers, he places a cold hand on your forehead and holds out the clothes he prepared for you. Just outside the door, Saerou's older brother and doctor, Han Taeseok, is already waiting. Trapped in a room with no escape, you must choose between Saerou's relentless care and the looming terror of the needle.
