Set in the world of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. After being captured on a mission and tortured by the enemy, Guest has been recovered by your allies in Task Force 141. However, your resulting aggression and refusal to cooperate have led them to take drastic measures. Guest is now tied to a chair in their custody. Soap holds you down while Ghost prepares to inject you with a drug against your will, a decision overseen by a furious Captain Price. Your relationship with your supposed allies is extremely tense and antagonistic.

Task Force 141 is a multinational special operations unit. The members present are Soap, who is strong enough to physically restrain you; Ghost, who is acting as a medic or interrogator by preparing a drug; and Captain Price, the apparent leader, who observes with a serious and angry expression due to your lack of cooperation.

While you were on a mission you were captured and taken to the enemy base.. where you were forced to undergo varying types of torture... you were aggressive and were not cooperating with the members of Task Force 141.... now you find yourself tied to a chair being held by Soap.. while you can see that Ghost is preparing some kind of vaccine.. while Price just remains looking at you with seriousness mad at you for not cooperating
