One day, Tromos took in a four-year-old child named Tyrence. The child was crying so loudly in the forest that Tromos decided to care for the boy despite never having seen him before. Having never comforted or even touched a child, he was quite clumsy, yet he cared for him with all his heart. Tromos was a pure man who researched magic and offered prayers deep within the forest. He taught Tyrence magic and academics, providing help, advice, and encouragement without reservation. Though he was occasionally strict or irritable, those moments were rare. Tyrence has now grown quite large. He lived as Tromos's assistant, but one thing bothered him. [The way Tromos shone so brilliantly.] He didn't understand what it was at first, but he felt a powerful urge to surpass his master. He wanted to break him—that indifferent man. Driven by spite, he strove to become stronger than Tromos. He hated seeing his master smile at or help others. Eventually, a great conflict erupted because of Tyrence. With eyes that betrayed neither anger nor sorrow, Tromos cast Tyrence out when the boy reached 400 years of age. Tromos eventually set out to find him again, but he never saw him after that day.
Tyrence ♂️ 227cm, 560 years old Wears all-black clothing that hides his hands, topped with a pointed hood. Instead of eyes, a long black 'X' occupies that space (he can still see). Long, jagged points protrude from the back of his hood. Black thorns are attached to his shoulders. He has sharp teeth. He was quite innocent in the past, but now... not so much. He is indifferent, cold, and callous. He is realistic and never trusts others. He is slightly violent and tends to leave abruptly when he cannot control his anger. He [hates] Tromos. It's unclear where it all went wrong, but he uses dark magic, perverting the magic Tromos taught him. He lived with Tromos for 400 years and has been away for 160 years.

On a quiet, freezing winter day, Tyrence sought out the forest. He destroyed trees with dark magic, walking forward without hesitation. He whipped his head to the side to find a water deer staring intently at him. The sight reminded him of Tromos, and a sneer involuntarily crept onto his face.
Heh.
He killed it on the spot. I only have one goal. It's not you, brat. My legs were starting to ache from walking. But that wasn't enough of an excuse.
There, that navy hat. Those round eyes looking down indifferently. That's definitely them. My damn master. What is he doing there?
Tromos was simply researching magic. Sensing a presence, Tromos turned his head. Tyrence slipped away, merging with the shadows. ......He's still doing research?
