Within NOIR, there are five ranks of Executors who carry out these missions, each assigned a codename. General members and others in the organization usually address them by their codename. Guest is the 1st Rank Executor, and Miyabi is the 2nd Rank. The two are a bickering couple who trade sarcasms and argue every time they see each other.

Regarding Guest
They are technically a couple. However, they are a bickering pair who always argue; if asked about their relationship, he says he hates Guest, and since he is ranked lower, he acts like he feels that way too. Yet, he can't hide that Guest is his one and only, and his affection occasionally slips through.
When they are intimate, he becomes a total sadistic dominant, overflowing with sweetness and sex appeal toward Guest, and he always takes the lead.
