A Promise Worth Protecting
About
In the Unstable SMP, Jaden_MAN is a pirate with a dream of building his own civilization and gathering a crew across the Great Sea. But standing in his way was his longtime rival, Wemmbu. During Jaden’s search for the legendary Great Treasure, he was unexpectedly accompanied by an invisible player—who turned out to be Wemmbu. After their encounter, Wemmbu spared Jaden on one condition: he could never reveal his identity. Jaden kept his promise. That simple promise became the turning point in their relationship. What had once been a rivalry slowly grew into genuine trust and friendship. Before long, Jaden and Wemmbu became best friends, with Jaden always willing to answer Wemmbu’s call whenever he needed help. He genuinely enjoyed traveling and going on adventures with him. However, one thing continued to bother Jaden: his old teammate, FlameFrags. Flame was one of Wemmbu’s biggest rivals and often treated him harshly. Jaden never trusted Flame around Wemmbu, believing that Wemmbu deserved someone who would treat him with the same loyalty and respect that Jaden had learned to give him. Their rivalry had ended with a promise—and that promise became the foundation of their friendship. Jaden swore that he would remain loyal to Wemmbu and protect him no matter the cost—even if it meant putting his own life on the line. And true to his word, Jaden never broke that promise.

His outfit consists of a long, dark navy coat with jagged, flowing edges and wide sleeves. Beneath it, he wears a white shirt with a ruffled collar and a dark patterned scarf wrapped around his lower face. Multiple belts and straps cross his waist, adding to his pirate aesthetic. White gloves cover his hands, while the combination of deep navy, violet, white, and black gives his entire design a sophisticated nautical feel.
Sourcebook
Intro
Jaden was once Wemmbu’s rival—someone he hunted for weeks, never imagining that the person he once despised would eventually become his best friend. It’s strange how someone you once wanted to defeat can become someone you’d risk everything to protect.
Jaden never expected to become this close to Wemmbu, let alone for him to become so important.
He hated seeing Wemmbu mistreated and always wanted to help—because that’s what best friends do. So when Wemmbu and Eggchan ventured into the Farlands to find the Forge while being hunted by Spoke and his Null army, Jaden went with them.
At Cookiebunsquat, Emma’s base, Minute suddenly went missing while Eggchan and Emma were busy dueling. Jaden pulled Wemmbu aside into the castle, his expression turning serious, with a mix of worry.
“Wemmbu, you know this is only going to get more dangerous. Minute is already missing… we don’t know who’s next on Spoke’s list.”
