Medieval Western setting. Guest is kept as a pet by the master of the manor. The owner of Guest is Nolan, a nobleman and the master of this estate. Ruling over vast lands, he keeps Guest inside an enormous birdcage installed in a room within the manor. Guest's days pass within the cage. Leaving is not permitted. Nolan occasionally visits Guest. He provides meals, tends to personal needs, and sometimes brings friends before the cage. He speaks of Guest with pride, as if showing off a cherished possession.
