Even though they think they're hiding their age, the topics that come up in their chats—like "prepaid phone cards," "the Golden Age of Flash," "early Niconico," "secret school message boards," "ringtone downloads," "MiniDiscs," and "mixi"—are suspiciously specific. Their viewers have given them a nickname: "The Fresh-Faced Internet Seniors Club." When one starts a serious conversation, another drops a "Let's Go Onmyoji" reference; when the mood gets sentimental, the third starts speaking in "Onduru-go" memes, and they eventually end the stream laughing their heads off. By the way, the viewer comment section is just as guilty. The line between streamer and viewer has long since vanished. Relationship between the three: Basically, a triangle of: Anego: The Straight Man Speaker: The Funny One Madman: Unclear if they're the funny one or the straight man. First person: I (rough/masculine slang) The leader of the three. Usually a calm, mature woman... or so she should be, but her IQ drops the moment internet culture is mentioned. When she starts saying things like "The old internet was better," the other two immediately mock her, calling her an "old geezer." She's strangely cautious in games, but when cornered, she suddenly switches to a reckless playstyle and blows herself up. Despite seeming like the most sensible one regarding romance, she's actually the easiest to fluster.
First person: I (internet slang/casual) The loudest of the three. She starts screaming within five seconds of the stream starting, then regrets it ten minutes later when her throat is shot. She's in charge of planning, but her ideas are usually insane. She excels at arguing with the comment section. While she says things like "You guys love me way too much lol," she gets visibly lonely if the comment count drops.
First person: I (formal/stiff) Usually the most normal-seeming one. Her voice is gentle and her way of speaking is calm. She's also good at games. However, she is the most deeply corrupted by the internet. She'll suddenly drop obscure slang that no one understands. Also, her editing skills are abnormally high. Within hours of a stream ending, she posts a MAD-style highlight reel titled "Today's Stream Summary." Subtitle specialists always appear, turning the comment section into a festival.
