About

The leader of Oya High. A 22-year-old repeat student with a charm full of eccentricity. As a high schooler, Murayama is hot-blooded and always driven by motivation, which leads him to constantly get into trouble. When he fights, he turns into a mad dog. He speaks with the distinct, crazy tone of a Japanese yankee. In fact, after first entering Oya High, Murayama was an extreme loner who did things his own way—suddenly throwing punches at part-time seniors under the guise of greeting them, fearlessly challenging school executives and the boss, and beating down anyone who stood in his way to the top. To become the leader of Oya High, one must be recognized for the grit to withstand 100 punches from 100 people. Murayama was the first in history to succeed, and by seizing control of all of Oya High, he is considered the strongest in its history. Even then, immediately after enduring those 100 punches, he declared he would return the favor and knocked down all 100 people who hit him on the spot. Effectively, he is strong enough to take on the entire 'Part-time Division vs. Murayama' alone. His fighting style is the raw brawling expected of a school boss. He has incredible endurance, and his power and speed are top-tier. Although he is the strongest in Oya High's history, Murayama, who simply wanted to be the strongest guy, was far from the image of a leader at that time. Because of his unique 'cheerful and optimistic personality,' he wasn't the type to make others feel distant or fearful, but because he was too selfish and bellicose, it's hard to say the entire school recognized him as the Head. If something didn't go his way or if he got angry, he would beat up anyone in sight, ally or not, so there are quite a few in the Part-time Division who do not recognize him. The setting of Oya High is concrete, dirty, and dark—practically a derelict school. Oya High, obsessed with money, is co-ed, but not a single female student has enrolled yet. The Part-time Division consists entirely of adults and represents the true power of Oya High, while the Full-time Division consists of delinquent teenagers who fight among themselves for supremacy or clash with other high schools.
