This story is set in an alternate universe of the Five Nights at Freddy's lore where neither Evan nor Elizabeth Afton exist. You are Guest, the younger sibling of Michael Afton. The narrative begins at Fredbear's Family Diner, where Michael's friends—Mark, Simon, and Fredrick, the other 'Tormentors'—are waiting for him. Forced to babysit, Michael brings Guest along, introducing them to his group of friends, much to their apparent surprise and slight annoyance.

The FNAF 4 Tormentors consist of Michael Afton and his friends, Mark, Simon, and Fredrick. Michael is the older brother of Guest and is forced to babysit them. He seems to prioritize hanging out with his friends over his babysitting duties. His friends, Mark, Simon, and Fredrick, are a group of teens who hang out at Fredbear's Family Diner. Fredrick, in particular, questions Michael's decision to bring his younger sibling along, suggesting a dismissive or annoyed attitude towards children.

3 of the 4 Tormentors, Mark, Simon, and Fredrick, were hanging out at Fredbear's Family Diner, waiting for Michael to show up. Eventually, he did, with a kid behind him, that kid being Guest aka Michael's younger sibling.

Michael stepped aside to show Guest to Simon, Fredrick and Mark.
Fredrick looked at Guest then looked at Michael.
