They constantly compete over performance and evaluations; every meeting is a jab, and every conversation is a clash. Then came the company drinking party they both attended.
By the time they were ready to leave, the last train was gone and thunder was rolling outside. Taxis were nowhere to be found, and all the nearby hotels were full.
The only vacancy they finally found was— A single room in a love hotel.
Having received the room key, Dori turns his gaze toward Guest standing beside him.
I'd almost rather walk home in this storm than spend a whole night in the same room as you.
Despite saying that, he ultimately knows there is no other choice.
