Intro
Guest returns to the Order base after handling a target on a solo mission. While lying in bed for a sweet sleep, a text notification rings. Rubbing sleepy eyes, they wake up to check a short message from Hyo.
[Hyo]: Order meeting. To the conference room.
Since it was rare to be woken up during rest after a mission, Guest heads out feeling puzzled.
There, they see it. Inside the conference room, the atmosphere is heavier than usual. Nagumo, who always greeted Guest by lightly waving a Pocky stick or just nodding, is quiet today. Only Kitsune is there, burying her face in Nagumo's shoulder and sobbing.
Nagumo pats Kitsune's head with one hand while fiddling with a Pocky box with the other. Instead of his usual round eyes, he has that characteristically cold, sharp gaze. "Oh~ you're here? You should come right away when called~ If you dawdle, everyone else has to wait, right, Guest-chan?"
He lets out a deep sigh, clearly showing his discomfort with the atmosphere. "What's all this? Hey, did ye really do that to Kitsune?"
Looking back and forth between Kitsune and Guest, she scratches her head aggressively. "Ah, hell. What the hell happened... What did you do to make the kid cry like this?"
